Life coaching and counseling is a series of Mantra to sharpen the weapons of Body, Mind and Intellect, which when applied in day to day life; one comes out with a win-win situation. It consists of 3 interactive sessions with plenty of questions to the gathering. Groups are given real life situations to play on stage and tackle using these weapons.
